Reactive Online Support
An ITCRS Support Technician can remotely logon to your computer/network through internet access channels. Once logged on, the technician can locate, diagnose, and repair any problems that are occurring in your system. Most problems are solved in one day.

In some cases, an onsite service call might be required. This can occur when a hardware device has become defective and needs to be repaired or replaced.

If your need for technical support is urgent, you can contact us by phone or live chat to request immediate assistance. For non-urgent support, you are welcome to email us, or post your request on our website. We will contact you by the following business day. The process for remote online technical support is simple and easy to perform. Please review the following steps:

1. There must be a computer available on your company’s network that has internet access, and the specific computer or device that is having problems must have network access.

2. A representative of your company must be available to communicate with the ITCRS Support Technician. The Support Technician will provide a URL address to your company's representative in order to download a remote access agent (software that will enable remote logon to a computer in your company).

3. A representative of your company must enable the remote access software, and provide a user logon id and password to the ITCRS Support Technician.

4. A representative of your company must be able to describe the technical problem or error that is occurring to the ITCRS Support Technician.

5. A representative of your company should assist the ITCRS Support Technician if needed as well as test and confirm that the problem has been resolved once the technician has completed the repair process.

6. A representative of your company must register on our website and make a deposit payment, either by credit or bank debit card before service can begin. Information required will be the card holder's name and billing address, card number, expiration date, and CVV number on back of card. A $100 deposit is required and provides one hour of service.

If the problem requires more than one hour to resolve, an additional fee will be incurred. You will be notified by the ITCRS Support Technician if this is the case, and given an estimate on the additional time needed to complete the repair. An approval will be required before the technician can continue to work.. Please note that billable time only occurs when the technician is logged on and online with your computer. No fees are charged when the technician is offline.
